
Anyone else alarmed by the list of ingredients on the labels of bread these days? Do you feel bloated after eating a meal with gluten? That’s because commercial bread has so many additives and added sugars that the commercial yeast eats the sugar before breaking down the gluten. My sourdough has only THREE ingredients (flour, water, and salt) and so the wild and all-natural yeast has broken down the gluten content making it much more easier to digest and more bioavailable for you and your health! This is the old-world way of baking bread and I’m here to do it for you. Long fermentation times, organic and clean ingredients, early morning wake times, mixed all by hand, from my home to yours.


How to sign up for a loaf?
You can PRE-ORDER a loaf by clicking HERE or going to the drop down menu and click “Order Bread Here.” I will be baking once a week (generally) and offering a pick up window in the afternoon for you to pick up from my front porch.
